Your AOR team will lead a Discovery Session ranging from a couple hours to a half-day with your key stakeholders. This is our chance to understand your current brand and your goals for the future. Each session features exercises tailored for your company and is designed to be a fun and interactive experience.
The discovery phase may include one or all of the following: internal and external surveys, competitor analysis, keyword analysis, focus groups and intercept surveys. After this process, the follow up document will guide your new brand identity design and contain all research, discovery session recaps, brand platform and recommendations for the future.
After the initial discovery phase, AOR will create a strategic messaging platform that will help to consistently position your brand for all work moving forward. Messaging may include mission statement, vision statement, brand story, messaging pillars and target audience messaging, depending on your needs.
