Job Description
The Account Coordinator (AC) is the entry-level position in Account Service. He/she provides support to the account team to ensure effective/efficient account operations, providing solid and dependable support across all facets of the AOR project process. The position is a first-step into account management and requires solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, while exemplifying enthusiasm and a can-do attitude within a complex and dynamic agency culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides overall account team operational support.
  • Work with traffic, production and creative to develop timelines
  • Ensure client feedback is effectively provided to traffic for scheduling in the system
  • Proof all work to ensure accuracy before sending along to client/AE/AS
  • Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Schedule meetings when needed; room set-up/take down for client meetings
  • Track project hours to ensure they are delivered within budget
  • Request quotes from vendors for production projects and facilitate pricing to client with assistance from lead account person
  • Write and manage weekly status reports with select clients
  • Works with AS/AE to set individual goals for growth
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communications when dealing with both internal staff and clients
  • Responsible for historical account information/knowledge – past work, agency/client correspondence, signed estimates, layout and approvals and proposals
  • Communicates directly with clients on specified accounts (oversight from AE/AS)
  • Work directly with agency vendors (printing, premiums, etc.)
  • Day-to-day point person on select accounts showcasing the ability and skill to manage clients with the oversight from AS/AE

Job Description
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for program management across all facets of the AOR project process. The position requires strong organizational and problem solving skills combined with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, while exemplifying a professional and can-do attitude within a complex and dynamic agency culture. In order to move into the Account Executive role, you will need to show a high level of success in mastering the Account Coordinator duties, proven leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Account Executive is the day-to-day point person for all projects and activities on the account.
  • Understanding of the client’s business and ability to act as an extension to their marketing department.
  • The Account Executive is a brand expert on their assigned account(s).
  • It is the Account Executive‘s responsibility to ensure effective/efficient account operations within the agency environment.
  • Day-to-day management of all aspects of the account including strategy, creative and production are paramount to excel in this position.
  • The Account Executive is expected to carry out the daily account activities, but also think and act strategically on behalf of the client.
  • The Account Executive can work independently on assigned projects, keeping supervisor informed as needed, exhibiting good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Responsible for driving projects forward.
  • Develop strategic and complete estimates and creative briefs for new projects.
  • Solicit and understand client feedback on all jobs and create feedback documents to provide to traffic accordingly.
  • He/she must be a mentor/teacher to the Account Coordinator(s).
  • Responsible for growing client relationships

Job Description
The Account Supervisor (AS) is responsible for account management of the assigned client account(s), building solid client relationships, strategic and business development, revenue tracking and forecasting, team development and building solid working relationships across all facets of the agency while exemplifying solid marketing expertise within a complex and dynamic agency culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the assigned client account(s).
  • Lead and drive the client’s businesses on behalf of AOR.
  • Manage accounts pro-actively, understand the client’s planning cycles and manage all assignments and timelines accordingly.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding their level of satisfaction and agency performance.
  • Has broad and deep understanding of the client’s industry and agency business. Contributes to the creative component of projects with responsibility for the quality and completeness of the creative brief/work order.
  • Determine strategies and messaging for campaigns.
  • Write and/or supervise the creative brief process, forward to client for approval and brief creative and interactive teams on upcoming assignments.
  • Gather and provide Creative, Production and Interactive teams with any background information, insights and trends that will assist them with the Project assignment.
  • Manage oversight of executional aspects of the account including but not limited to opening jobs, developing and managing production timelines, generating estimates, updating agency production schedule, writing conference reports, updating status reports and the management of the historical account information.
  • Management and oversight of project budgets to ensure they are delivered in budget.
  • Manage weekly and monthly updating of the revenue projections.
  • Have a clear understanding of assigned client account AGI and growth percentage.
  • Work with accounting to ensure complete, transparent and accurate billing of projects.
  • Communicate to clients recommending a specific course of action with rationale.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communications when dealing with both internal staff and clients.
  • Ensure structure and workflow through the account team and agency is as efficient as possible.
  • Responsible for managing account team personnel.
  • Responsible for growing client relationships
