We’re looking for a Production Artist to play a key role in our creative department and continue to elevate our work. You’ll be responsible for production and delivery of branding, marketing, print and digital layouts and assets. We’re looking for someone with impeccable attention to detail, knowledge of industry standard  design software and outputs, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. We value innovative thinking, tackling challenges together, and an unrelenting desire to create the very best work.

We are currently working remotely due to COVID-19, however, we are working to adopt a hybrid model moving forward. For that reason, we prioritize people with excellent communication skills and the superpowers of teamwork via phone, Slack, email, text and other modes we may dream up.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Version, optimize and finalize print and digital deliverables and assets (PowerPoint/Keynote Slide decks, collateral, branding systems, signage, print and digital ads, website assets, etc.)
  • Engage with the account and project team to kick off projects, attend status meetings and review work internally
  • Understand basic design principles and provide design assistance when needed
  • Keep clean, organized files across a wide variety of deliverables and platforms
  • Maintain an accurate track of daily tasks and hours worked

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in production design 
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment 
  • Experience in a variety of creative disciplines including branding, marketing and digital
  • Ability to work quickly and autonomously, while managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including — but not limited to — InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as file types associated with each
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Apple applications, including Word,  PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • A consistent positive, productive, authentic attitude
  • A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management software, such as Workamajig, Asana, or similar.
  • A dedicated interest in relevant industry work and best practices

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing from scratch, for web and/or print
  • HTML/CSS coding experience. Specifically, email coding experience
  • Experience using Sketch to create digital assets

Salary Range: 

$50,000 – $65,000 base annual salary

Salary will be based on previous experience.

Digital Producer/Strategist

AOR’s Digital Producer/Strategist is an experienced member of the digital team and an integral part of strategy for our digital clients. They serve as a key point person to ensure strategy is carried throughout the life of a digital project. This role interfaces with clients and internal teams. The Digital Producer/Strategist must be knowledgeable in all aspects of digital — email marketing, website UX, paid and organic social, display advertising, etc. and must be able to communicate to different levels of client and internal sophistication on each type of service. This position is integral to the digital team and will support producer roles such as content population. They will work closely with strategy teams to understand business challenges and develop detailed recommendations for a clearer path forward. 

AOR’s work environment is highly collaborative, so we are looking for someone who is excited to team up with designers, project managers, developers, and strategists to create innovative solutions for our clients. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategic oversight on a digital project from sign off to completion
  • Exude strong planning, budgeting, and implementation skills
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices and ensure AOR stays ahead of the curve
  • Attends digital kickoffs and status meetings
  • Conducts UX audits for new business pitches and current clients, including but not limited to: User testing, heat map analysis, and on page usability updates
  • Responsible for assisting strategy team to develop sitemaps and wireframes
  • Participate in strategy planning for clients 
  • Work with strategy teams to to manage and execute integrated campaigns 
  • Assists developers with WordPress content implementation when needed
  • Assists with quality assurance on websites 
  • Assists in the preparation and facilitation of client discovery sessions to help define and align on the client’s vision against tangible outcomes

Position Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in UX strategy, or digital strategy
  • Experience leading strategy on multiple projects
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize findings from multiple inputs and produce actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of all things digital including but not limited to user experience, digital marketing, information architecture, site/content maps., metrics and analytics, & social
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current ADA, GDPR,  SEO, and UX standards 
  • Be a problem solver and team player; able to ideate multiple scenarios to solve client problems
  • Solid presentation skills

$65,000 – 75,000 annual starting salary

Job Description:
AOR’s Account Executives are the day-to-day project experts and leaders of client work within the agency. AE’s maintain constant communication with their clients and agency teams to ensure projects are being completed on time and under budget by gathering information for team members to do their jobs and passing on their knowledge and expertise to team members. AE’s are the voice of the client within the agency and the voice of the agency to the client. They must be experts on both the client’s business needs and the agency’s process and marketing capabilities. A high level of communication, organization, strategy, time management, decision making, and leadership skills are a must.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working within the social & digital, media, and agency space
  • 1 or more years working on website development projects (preferably WordPress)
  • Experience working on integrated/360 campaigns across a number of touchpoints
  • Comfortability presenting to Mid to Senior level Marketing managers
  • Proven success working on 6+ clients simultaneously
  • Experience working/managing projects that require coordination between several partner agencies/vendors
  • Experience managing retainers and client budgets (fees and hard costs)
  • Keynote experience a must
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency
  • Experience with Workamajig and/or BugHerd a plus
  • Bonus points for management experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Account Executive is the day-to-day point person for all projects and activities on the account.
  • Understanding of the client’s business and ability to act as an extension to their marketing department.
  • The Account Executive is a brand expert on their assigned account(s).
  • It is the Account Executive‘s responsibility to ensure effective/efficient account operations within the agency environment.
  • Day-to-day management of all aspects of the account including strategy, creative and production are paramount to excel in this position.
  • The Account Executive is expected to carry out the daily account activities, but also think and act strategically on behalf of the client.
  • The Account Executive can work independently on assigned projects, keeping Account Director informed as needed, exhibiting good judgment and decision-making skills.

Job Description:
AOR’s Account Coordinator is an integral part of the account team at AOR. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Account Executives and senior leadership in their day to day tasks including, but not limited to: client meetings, project management, timeline execution, calendar scheduling, administrative tasks, and more.

The account coordinator position is a role that involves staying organized, creating solutions to problems, managing budgets and timelines, and providing excellent attention to detail, all while giving a high level of customer service and experience for every project and client that the Account Team works with.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years advertising, media relations and/or PR experience
  • 1 or more years working on website development projects (preferably WordPress)
  • Keynote experience a must
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency
  • Knowledge of print production
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience with Workamajig and/or BugHerd a plus
  • 1 or more years working on website development projects (preferably WordPress)

Overall Role:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the account team to ensure quality deliverables to clients so that they may better grow their businesses
  • Provide a high level of customer service to accounts + maintain stellar internal communication including quick email responses, solutions to problems, and a positive attitude to any and all clients, no matter the size
  • Support team members with agency communications to keep projects moving through the agency
  • Provide a new and fresh when it comes to client needs and problems, staying up-to-date on their industry trends as well as marketing and advertising trends
  • Display a proficient level of knowledge in all areas of marketing that AOR functions, including branding, messaging/positioning, website development, marketing campaigns, etc
  • Serve as the go-to for resource for internal questions related to edits, revisions, and project timelines
  • The goal of the AC position is to learn how work moves through the agency efficiently and to learn how to solely manage clients to one day become an AE

Specific Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Be a problem solver and team player
  • Bring a positive attitude to work every day, towards every person
  • Daily administrative tasks for clients, which includes taking & distributing notes, putting edits into work flow systems, saving documents to internal databases, passing work from agency to client, owning the shipping/fulfillment process for clients as needed, managing meeting schedules, proofreading, vendor relationship management, and being a point of contact for basic information on several accounts
  • Provides account team operation support for specified list of clients with oversight
  • Work with project management, production, creative teams, and other account management persons to ensure timelines are developed and implemented
  • Ensure client feedback is articulated thoroughly and effectively, provided to project management teams
  • Administrative work (data input, QA’ing, browser testing) of WordPress sites during the Development process for scheduling into the system
  • Set up meetings when needed; including room set-up/takedown for client meetings, managing meal orders, and learning the agency technology systems
  • Showcase basic knowledge of budget tracking and billing to ensure projects are executed on budget/scope
  • Work directly with agency vendors for production projects and facilitate pricing to client with assistance from lead account person
  • Write and manage weekly status reports with select clients
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communications when dealing with both internal staff and clients
  • Responsible for basic historical account information/knowledge – past work, agency/client correspondence, signed estimates, approvals, and proposals
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the AOR process and be comfortable suggesting process optimizations to help projects run through the agency more smoothly
  • Remain up to date with GDPR and CCPA regulations and requirements
  • Maintain an accurate track of daily tasks and hours worked, and submit into Workamajig by the designated time
