Matt has watched this agency grow, bend, twist, and mold into who we are today, and he’s had a huge impact on those changes for the last 25+ years. His experience with agencies, in sales, marketing, and client experience makes him the most qualified person to be the face of AOR — our president. Most importantly, he’s a people person. He cares about relationships and is passionate about bringing his best to every interaction. Of course, we love Matt for his endless repertoire of relevant skills, but really, it’s Matt’s energy, contagious smile, and ability to throw fuel on the flames of passion that draw us and our clients in. His constant laughter, unmatched energy, and determination to be the best for AOR greatly impact our cultural and client-centered goals.
When he isn’t at his 7th happy hour of the week, you probably won’t find Matt in Denver. He loves to travel and has been nearly all over the world. Otherwise, you might find him indulging in music, ballroom dancing, or other artistic pursuits — whether he’s doing them or acting as a board member at one of Denver’s art organizations.
