Over the last ten years the rest of the US discovered just how awesome Colorado is (We tried to keep it a secret but somehow word got out.). Naturally this population increase across the Front Range has led to the birth of many new apartment and condo buildings—and an added challenge for new developments to stand out in an oversaturated market.

But with this challenge has come great opportunities for real estate developers like Confluence Companies, who came to AOR seeking a unique brand identity, website, and the design of the in-person sales center for their new development, Encore, located in downtown Castle Rock, Colorado.

With the groundbreaking of Encore fast approaching, AOR had to move quickly and opted for a shortened version of our Discovery process. Using the information we learned during this truncated session, we were able to create a solid brand identity (including a new logo) and cohesive message specific for the target audience. These elements were then seamlessly transferred to create an effective one-page site and fully-designed sales center, all falling under a cohesive brand identity.
