Project Background

Sage Hotels Collection encompasses four hotels in the Denver area owned and managed by Sage Hospitality, each with a distinct feeling and aesthetic. The hotels within the collection are The Crawford Hotel, HALCYON, a hotel in Cherry Creek, The Maven Hotel, and The Oxford Hotel.

AOR partnered with Sage Hospitality to create a comprehensive organic social media content calendar for each hotel with posts on both Facebook and Instagram. The objective was to increase followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness.

THE CHALLENGE

With four hotels, each with a distinct experience and decor, AOR was tasked to further enhance the current voice of each hotel through social media; while also conveying the same feeling visitors have at each hotel via Facebook and Instagram. When we first started working on the project The Maven Hotel was still under construction and didn’t have a complete identity. So, we worked in conjunction with the marketing team at Sage Hospitality to further develop the property’s voice while creating its brand identity through social media channels.

THE EXECUTION

AOR kicked off the project with an in-depth Discovery Session to further understand each property and how they present themselves on social media. Following the Discovery Session we created a weekly content calendar that is utilized for reviews and approvals. AOR posts and monitors on each account and we work closely with the Sage Hospitality team to create content, post items of importance, and field consumer inquiries.
