For the last 3 years, AOR has run paid search ads for Dairy Block. It all started in 2023 when their team came to us looking to drive more traffic to their website’s holiday content, including their ‘Holiday on the Block’ events page and ‘2023 Holiday Gift Guide’.

We conducted keyword research to determine which relevant search terms our target audiences were using and which search terms Dairy Block was not already organically ranking for on page 1 of the SERP. We then wrote enticing headlines and descriptions leveraging our research, brand language, and information that would connect with our audiences.

Thanks to the massive success of both campaigns, we began running general ads year-round in July 2025. We took a similar approach by first examining what Denverites were searching for and what Dairy Block’s organic rankings were. We then created ad copy dependent on the season and highlighted monthly events using assets like sitelinks.
