In a saturated market, the Ivy team wanted a one-page website that would help the development stand out from other luxury cookie-cutter properties. The website also needed to be used as a lead generation tool for the broker team to continue to build a list of interested potential residents to market to throughout the construction process.
We started with a website discovery phase, allowing us to gather information on competing real estate developments, review existing Ivy properties, and conduct an in-person discovery session with all the key stakeholders. Our web team was able to gather all pertinent information and gain a full understanding of the target audience to create a strategic plan for the design and development of the new website.

We expanded each of the specific brand elements to further integrate the brand through the design and development of the website.
